Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only valid at Tsubohachi’s participating locations
2. Buffet options are 899++, 1099++ and 1,499++ baht.
3. Prices exclude service charge 10% and vat 7%.
4. The deal is available for dine-in only.
5. 2 Hours Limited.
6. For every 10 minutes, an extra charge of 50 baht per person applies when exceeding the 2 hour time limit.
7. Buffet menu must be ordered by every guest. No separate menu is allowed.
8. Guests are welcome to order food other than the buffet menu will be charged according to the actual price specified in the menu.
9. Guests are subject to an extra charge for unfinished food. The leftovers may not be taken away.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with IMPACT Family Member.
